Regency Grande Post-Acute, Rehabilitation and Nursing is Dover, New Jersey's premier nursing center and accommodates both short- and long-term care needs.
For over 25 years Regency Post-Acute, Rehabilitation and Nursing Centers have set the standard when it comes to caring for seniors and their families. Our centers are staffed by an experienced team of healthcare professionals who are trained to accommodate the changing needs of those we serve--including the elderly, those with prolonged illnesses and the disabled.

You will find a warm and welcoming community upon stepping foot in Regency Grande. Our common areas are inviting and allow residents, friends and family a place to socialize or engage in activities. We offer private accommodations with cable TV included for each resident.
Our community also includes advanced rehabilitation facilities with state-of-the art equipment to speed recovery from ailments and improve residents' physical wellbeing. We also have on-site entertainment, scheduled activities and wellness programs to engage in. Of course, the center-piece of any day is meal-time where we offer gourmet restaurant style dining.
Available Services
With around-the-clock care from licensed nurses available, Regency Grande offers a full continuum of care services ranging from short-term rehabilitation, to sub-acute care and long-term nursing. We have a number of specialty programs designed to fit the health needs of each individual including cardiac care, neuro-muscular therapy, IV care, pain management and many others.
We are also able to accommodate those with advanced Alzheimer's or Dementia in our memory care program. Our special units are designed to ensure safety as we compassionately provide care for each resident. Additionally, we offer counselling services to residents, patients and families to help ease the difficulty of illness.

My mother was admitted to the Dover, New Jersey facility in January. My sincerest appreciation and gratitude goes out to their staff on the third floor. Prior to Regency Grande Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, I have had experience with two other nursing homes and one rehabilitation facility. The standards and policies of the Regency Grande facility exceeds anything I have experience before. As my mother approached her final days, I had an opportunity to spend a great deal of time with her, and what I witnessed was group of dedicated, compassionate individuals. Not only were the needs of my mother met, but my comfort and needs were also taken into consideration. I will never forget their kindness; it is second to none.

We toured the Regency Grande Post-Acute Rehab and Nursing Center. That was beautiful, but my mother wasn't accepted there. It was wonderful, it was very good, the care was clean, and it smelled clean. I did not recall smelling or seeing anything dirty. I was favorably impressed. I wanted my mother to go there. It was very light, it was bright, clean, and it seemed adequate. The staff was very nice, very good, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I suggested they add an hvac air handling system evaluation. Everywhere I go I look up to see if the vents are clean and maintained.
