From the moment you enter our hotel-like reception area, you'll know you've found a unique, welcoming community. Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living offers all the comforts and privacy of home, minus the responsibilities. It's situated on seven acres in historic Freehold Township, New Jersey, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore, shopping, entertainment, and recreation.

Our residents enjoy abundant on-site amenities, professionally prepared meals, and life-enriching social, educational, spiritual, and wellness programs. Serene outdoor patio areas and gardens beckon conversation, and ample parking is available for residents and visitors. We even offer an on-site beauty salon and barber shop.

Because Monmouth Crossing is part of CentraState Healthcare System, residents have priority access to health care and wellness services. In fact, we're conveniently located across the street from CentraState Medical Center and The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center. Geriatricians on staff at the medical center visit residents regularly, and nursing staff are available on-site 24/7.
