The director at Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation was very nice. They separate the Alzheimer's patients from the remaining patients. When you walk in, the windows weren't clean, which was a turnoff. It seemed a bit dark, and it's depressing. Patients were wandering around, and I didn't see any activities going on. It wasn't inviting. I saw shared and private rooms, but everything was just plain. It's a basic nursing home.

My mom was in Hamilton Grove for approximately two months the spring of 2019. We are very appreciative of their care especially Melissa from Social Services in the entire physical therapy department. Registered nurses are very good at their profession. We would recommend Hamilton Grove all things considered in this very difficult time. Thank you.

I feel comfortable when I walk in here and I feel fine with my mom being there. They make sure my mom does not hurt herself. They do the therapy in the morning and they help her down the hall. The staff are very kind. They communicate well and help with anything I ask them. They talk with me about anything I ask. My mother loves the meals. She eats all of her food. Sometimes they do not make the bed though.

Very comfortable, good air conditioning. I really liked the nursing staff especially Megan, Junes, Gloria, Jean, and Sasha. I was very impressed with Physical Therapy; Jessica and Paula are very good. The design of the gym is beautiful and very bright. I really enjoy art and I really liked the art and décor throughout the building. The hallways and window treatments are very pretty.

CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton was great, and I really liked them. They showed me different areas, what was available for family members when they came to visit, and activities that they do and can choose to participate in. Everybody was really nice. The place itself was very clean and the interior decorating was great and very comforting. It's more like an apartment.

CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton is a lovely, small community. It's very intimate, and the staff is wonderful. My girlfriend's mother is also there, and they take very good care of her. I'm very pleased with the staff. I also like the entertainment that they have for the residents. I think the dining area could be improved as it's dingy and dark.
