My cousin is at Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. The bathroom storage and the kitchen storage are very limited, and the room is pretty sparse, but my cousin likes the $4000 a month flat rate. Everything is way high for people in a wheelchair, but they have people that will assist you in reaching things. I have to stand on tiptoes to hang clothes in the closet and I'm 5'4". You need a stool to get to the shelf at the top, and that wasn't very well thought out for older citizens who start shrinking and are in wheelchairs. It's a very nice looking place though, and the food I ate was quite good. They have wood floors that are highly polished and slippery and I don't think it's the best flooring for seniors, but it looks very pretty. It seems more expensive than others, but it's inclusive of everything.

My mom moved into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. Everybody there is amazingly great. It is surprising. From the people that do the laundry, to the maintenance people, the administrative people, and the people in the kitchen, every person that I met there was fantastic. They know all the residents by name, and they always stop and chat with everyone. I can't say enough good things about this community. My mom is extremely happy. We couldn't ask for a better place. They have movie afternoons two or three times a week, they do craft activities, they go on field trips, and they have cooking activities. They have a lot of activities and they keep everybody busy. The food is a little bland for me, but for the residents it is perfect. My mom loves the food and that's what matters. The place is great. It is a little older, and it needs some maintenance from time to time, but when we looked around here in Santa Fe it was by far the best value.

The rooms that I saw during my tour at Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe were quite small. They were not inviting, and they werw a little cramped in appearance. The dining area was nice, and the lady that was in charge there who gave us the tour was extremely nice, very cordial, and inviting. The community itself is nice and well taken care of.

I've visited this building a # of times to visit with residents and staff, the best thing about this community is the natural sense of "home" that exists here. You won't find a more down-home and pleasant place to live out your golden years in all of Santa Fe.

Pacifica Santa Fe was warm, clean, and pretty. My mother liked it because when you look out the windows, you can see mountains and land, which is important for her rather than being locked up in a room. They had some exercise classes, a good menu, and a van to give people rides to go where they needed to go. The rooms were pretty and just the right size. There were also nice, big windows and a glass door. One thing I really liked was that the shower didn't have a threshold, so you can walk right in without stepping over something. The staff was very friendly. They had a community dog, which was really nice.
