Lancaster Manor is an adult home which strives to enhance the quality of life for our residents. By providing a nurturing, supportive, and active environment, we foster independence and offer assistance when needed. Conveniently located in the heart of the Village of Lancaster, we offer both a peaceful setting and access to community events and shopping.

We have highly dedicated professionals who are compassionate and detail-oriented. The core team of Administrator, Case Manager, and Medication Managers supervise our residents daily to ensure that each person receives individualized care.

Our home provides access to multiple health care professionals. A nurse practitioner comes to Lancaster Manor on a weekly basis. Mental health services are provided both on and off-site. Military veterans receive upgraded amenities.

The grounds offer areas of quiet reflection and outdoor recreational areas. Our diverse activities are designed with input from the residents. Lancaster Manor provides individualized, person-centered care.

Our facility is in a beautiful, park-like setting and that comes with a host of benefits! We offer a patio and outdoor shelter for our residents in the warmer weather. We also have a number of live music events throughout the year. We offer these amenities and others because we want you loved one to enjoy her/his stay with us. We want them to feel at home.

The assisted living facility program offered at Lancaster Manor has a great number of benefits for those residing with us. The members of our close-knit team of professionals have only the top-notch care of your loved one on their minds. We are a very person-centered assisted living home. Each resident receives an Individual Service Plan as well as Case Manager support. We have a fully integrated call bell system for all of our residents as well as an extensive fire suppression sprinkler system installed throughout the building.
