Sterling Park, our independent living community, offers residents their choice of convenient apartment living or stand-alone garden homes. Our Garden Homes boast spacious, two-bedroom floor plans with attached garage, many with finished basements and other custom details. Apartment homes are available in a selection of one, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, most with balconies, and easy access to elevators and underground parking.

When not relaxing in their private apartments or garden homes, residents of The Osborn may enjoy going for a swim in our indoor pool, watching a favorite film in our 27-seat screening room, playing Bridge with friends in our game and billiards room, or picking up items from our Marketplace general store. Residents also enjoy the convenience of weekly housekeeping, linen services, scheduled transportation and home maintenance.

Available Services

The Osborn's residences include apartment homes and Garden Homes with a monthly service fee and a 100% refundable entrance fee. We also offer rental apartments with no entrance fee in the main Osborn building.
