We are especially pleased to announce that in January 2016, Pine Valley was awarded a perfect 5 star rating in each of the 3 categories that contribute to the overall rating.

Many exciting days are ahead for Pine Valley in the near future. Pine Valley has recently finished adding 56 beds of assisted living accommodations for independent seniors which will open its doors as The Pavilion at Pine Valley Center as soon as the full-scale renovation of our Skilled Nursing facility is completed.
