Set in the shadow of the Verrazano Bridge, New Broadview Manor in Staten Island, New York is a 200-bed facility licensed by the New York State Department of Health. Featuring independent and assisted living, our long-term welcoming staff create an environment where seniors can thrive.

Featured Amenities

Our community offers a variety of well-lit private and semi-private rooms. Each apartment has cable hook-ups and a private bathroom. Residents and staff alike can often be found socializing in our common areas.

New Broadview Manor offers nutritious home-cooked meals every day in our restaurant-style dining room. Our staff crafts a host of programs and activities, keeping residents physically, mentally and socially active. Residents can expect events such as social activities, religious services and exercise.

Available Services

Our compassionate staff assumes the chores and burdens of home maintenance and housekeeping. Because we are more of a community than a facility, our management welcomes residents with our “Open Door” policy.

Special Comment: The atmosphere at New Broadview Manor is one of a community rather than a facility. We are an extended family to some residents and to some the only family. Residents enjoy management’s “Open Door Policy” and it is not uncommon for residents to visit the office just to say, “Hi”, show pictures of grandchildren, have a dispute settled, show off the new clothes they bought or a new hairstyle. So this is life at New Broadview Manor while behind the scenes our well-trained staff is providing quality care according to each residents needs prescribed by their physician.
