I drove up from Wilmington on Monday morning Nov. 2 to visit a friend. Due to Covid, we had to meet outside and it was cold. He was clean, happy and dressed warmly. The lady who assisted us was friendly, helpful, patient, and professional, even though we were a little late. Before Covid, I would visit him several times per year. I always had a good impression of the quality of his care and the general attitude of the caregivers that I met. Although no place is perfect, I think you do a good job considering the challenges you are faced with daily. Thank you for taking good care of my friend. (Some of the categories above, I have no direct knowledge of.)

This place is really a dirty and chaotic place, my dad is here and he is miserable. Staff here are just plain mean and rude to him and other residents. I have heard them yell and make fun of residents. Mock them!! Rooms are filthy and smelly and the food is so disguesting and looks like dog chow. My dad is always wet when we visit and his sheets are stained with urine and feces. This place should be closed down.

My grandma is here and she hates it, she is always dirty and wet when we visit and we have to bathe her. Staff are so rude to her and other patients, nurses be on cell phones and cursing at residents. Her food is always cold as ice and looks like slop when she gets it, so we have to go get her hot food and feed her.
