I visited this facility

My mom moved into Lawndale Manor. We have her in a clean, private room. It's an older building, but it's OK. We've seen some insects there that we're not so happy about, like the big water bugs or roaches. Otherwise, it's usually pretty clean in there. The food is pretty good, not immaculate, but not bad. They have activities, but they don't take the ones in a wheelchair out on activities. Some staff members are, good and some are not good. I guess they're not staffed well enough and a lot of times they say they can't help my mom because they just don't have time or they can't do it. They have a library, an activity room, and rooms to meet with family and staff members. Even though the place is older, they keep it really nice.
