A really great place to live. I moved in because I was looking for less home maintenance and more social activities. Heritage Hills provides both exceptionally well. The staff is great the food is surprisingly good and I have been able to meet some fantastic people I can now call friends. I highly recommend Heritage Hills to anyone looking for that \'next step\' in your life.

Theyre wonderful people at Pacifica Heritage Hills, but it was too small for me. Its a beautiful and fabulous place. I was invited for a Sunday brunch, and I went back several times to look at several cottages. I met several residents and they were extraordinarily nice, down to earth people. The kitchen staff was sweet and helpful as they could be. The location is beautiful, and it would have been perfect, if I didnt have my hobby.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was nice, but it's for a younger elderly person than my mother. A lot of it was outside. It was like a house, which is great if you're younger and can walk half a block to get your meals or to do the activities. A lot of people drove. It was almost for someone 10 or 15 years younger than my mother. It was great, but my mother is in a different place in her life. The staff was very nice. The menu looked good, but I did not see or taste the food.

All the apartments at Pacifica Senior Living Heritage were spacious and outstanding. They're an independent free-standing area, not just apartments, but homes with a yard and a deck. There's a paved area that you can walk all around the community. The only drawback is if you need a meal or if you go to dinner you have to go outside. It's a very nice place. The person who helped us was very nice. They invited us to come back and eat whenever we get the chance. They have every amenity that you can think of, plus they have a wood shop for the men - or the women if they're interested. By far, it was the nicest senior living place. The homes and the kitchens were all very nice.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills is made up of little houses. It's not an apartment. They have lots of trees and nice people. I like the feel of the whole place. It has a full kitchen, garage, and lots of storage. I have a sunroom that I love. It's $7,500 to move in where a lot of the communities were $200,000, and that definitely appealed to me. They have a craft room, a therapy room, a library, a community room, and a beauty shop.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was very nice. The homes are quite lovely and we liked the fact that they vary a little bit from one to another so they look a little more personal. The woman who showed us around was very nice, not pushy, and provided us all the information that we requested. The units are more like houses so they have 1- and 2-bedrooms. Some of them were a little tight, but most are a nice size and in good condition. They cater a little bit more to folks that are fairly active and truly independent. They do a few trips and have a variety of different classes. They also have a lovely restaurant.

We're moving into Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. It's excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, very patient, answered all our questions, and gave us a tour. What we saw initially was not to our liking because it was too small, but they had individual homes which were all brick. It's a wonderful facility. The house is a 2-bedroom, which has a den, a huge living and dining room in which our furniture will fit very nicely, and it encompasses everything, including Broadband, and if you want DirecTV, you can put that in at your own expense. They have evening meals, brunch on holidays and weekends, trips that you can go on, and general house cleaning every two weeks. We had a nice dinner there. They have a huge library, a hair salon, and a place where you can exercise. Everything is there, and you can be as independent as you want, or have them do a lot of things for you if you wish. The houses are really very nice and beautifully landscaped. It's a very convenient location and the places have existed for quite a while. They have a book club, game club, and movies. The furniture that we have now will fit in very nicely in the house that we picked. The kitchen is nice -- not huge -- but has everything that you need. The floors are beautiful and very light in color. My sister and I will be moving in soon. The people there are very happy. If you wish to have something done, you just give it to them in writing and they will do it.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills's staff is very patient, answered questions so that I'd understand, and always gracious if I have other questions. I liked the facilities but the apartments needed renovation so they are doing that. The grounds and facility location are probably number one of all the places I've looked at. It's easy to get to and built in an arc so you're looking out into nature out of your screened porch and not at another building. It's very comfortable.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills appeared to be as advertised and had nothing negative about it. It looked like a good place worthy of consideration. The grounds and the location were good and easy to get to. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was a beautiful, clean place. They had individual houses with their own yards, but some of them were very unkempt. They're in the middle of building the area where they have all of their activities. They have a place for arts and crafts and activities in the gymnasium and classes in the conference area, but they were not explained to me in detail. The girl who was showing us around was not that helpful nor really good at what she did. I had to ask her to let us look at the place. She was reluctant, but she did show it to us. I was interested in a two-bedroom place, but she said they did not have one they could show us.

Dad is in the memory care of Heritage Hills. It is understaffed, the rooms are basic, and the amenities are bare bones. They have some exercises and music, but it seems like some of them just sit around at the nurse's station. The food is mediocre. It's very expensive; they charge more because he needs more care, but they don't have more helpers to give more care.
