Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. After dropping my grandmother she suffered 3 storkes shortly after. The staff are not certified and their lack of attention and education for the well being of the residents and THE SAFETY OF OUR LOVED ONES. PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION, I WOULDNT TRUST MY FISH THERE .

Saucon Valley Manor was more hospital like. The rooms were decent sized, very plain, and more institutional. We didn't get to see any of the staff members. The dining area was very nice and very clean, and it was close to the room where mom was going to stay. They showed us a movie room and a craft room. The place was average. There was nothing that stood out.

We had a full tour at Saucon Valley Manor. They had a choice of different room sizes. They also had the same activities that all the other places had. It seemed like a little larger population but that's fine. It seemed like a nice place.

I went to Saucon Valley Manor. The lady was very nice, and she gave us all the information she could. She answered all our questions, and the tour was very nice. It was kept up well, medium-sized, and the rooms were adequate. The lighting was dark, and I would like more light, but the space was adequate. It was homey feeling, but the residents were old and sedentary.

Sterling Heights Gracious Retirement Living's rooms were very nice. The person we met there seemed very nice. The dining area was very clean. They also had a library and they had activities. The place was very well-lit.

I would give the tour guide from Sterling Heights a 1. He could have been the greeter at Wal-Mart; he could have done better. However, the place was very new, and the rooms were very nice. They have a lobby with a game room, a movie room, and an exercise room. Actually, Sterling Heights was the one that had a nice coffee shop area like a small gathering room with some beverages and snack. It was in their regular dining room but it was open all the time, which was nice. They also had transportation within a certain range.

I was very impressed with Sterling Heights Gracious Retirement Living. It was very nice. My concern was the cost for the additional care that my mom may need, but the facility, the presentation, and the general vibe of the place was really good. It's one of the places I really would've considered for her.

Sterling Heights Gracious Retirement Living was very nice inside. We had an opportunity to eat there and the food was fine. However, I didn't like that they have a schedule for eating. That's too structured for me. They have a craft area, a TV/movie room, a library, and a sewing area. They have enough activities to involve people. The food was good, just not the portions that I am accustomed to.

Traditions of Hanover was very nice. It just felt like living in a hotel and I wasn't quite ready for that. The staff was very nice, very informative, and friendly. They were doing exercises when we came in. There were quite a few people there with the lady that was running the program.
