Sponsored by Graceworks Lutheran Services, Bethany Village is a nationally accredited continuing care retirement community that has been providing quality senior living to the Dayton community for more than 60 years. Ideally situated on a beautiful 100-acre campus with trees, flowering plants and walking trails, Bethany offers residential options to suit every lifestyle, including apartment homes, cottages and villas. The community also features wide-ranging social, recreational and educational opportunities, along with the full continuum of care, if ever needed.

Accommodations at our community come in all shapes and sizes. From our spacious cottages and villas to our many apartment options, every accommodation has been designed with care. Many of our cottage and villa homes feature garages and granite counter tops, while all accommodations come standard with kitchens, spacious bathrooms and individually controlled thermostats.

Within our expansive campus, residents have access to on-site banking, postal services, our Health and Wellness Clinic, an arts center and a fully-equipped fitness center. With access to all these and more, our residents have little need to leave the comfort of the community. From Reflection Lake to our many tree-lined streets, a sense of calm and restfulness can be found throughout.

Available Services

Should our residents have the need or desire to go off site, chauffeured transportation services are gladly provided. Housekeeping and linen services are also available upon request. Individuals who face the ever present challenge of Alzheimer’s or another dementia receive the very best services at our Memory Support Center. Here, seniors receive support and care from our Life Enrichment team in a homelike setting.

Continual nursing care is provided at Linden House, where a perfect balance between privacy and community can be found in a neighborhood-style setting. Linden house is also the ideal place for seniors recuperating after hospitalization, illness or surgery.
