Nursing Homes Community in Copley, Ohio

Copley Place was very bright and clean. One of the things I liked was that in the long hallways, they had chairs every so often where people could sit. Everything else was very nice. The person who showed me around appeared to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us quite a bit of information. The dining facilities and menus looked pretty darn good.

I placed my dad for two days at Copley Place, and he was readmitted to the hospital. They're absolutely amazing. They called me and checked on him. He's doing awesome, he loves it there, and he said the food is the best.

Copley Place is further from me, but close to a lot of things to do. The food seemed very gourmet. It seemed very nice and more like a hotel in some ways. They have kitchenettes that were laminated and had a set of cabinets, a sink, a refrigerator, and that’s it. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed talking to them since they were very nice people. The place seemed haphazard, like they thought, “Let’s get residents in and get funds going,” because it had the standard heating and air conditioning units, which we didn’t like because those are noisy. Overall, it was a very nice facility.

Copley Place is a really good, top-notch place. I give it a rating of 5 across the board. The rooms are really nice. The staff were very good, very well-informed, and very helpful as far as what we were looking for. There's a lot of activities to choose from, like pool tables, a library, a movie room, card playing room, chess, and a lot of other things to do. They have really good food. I think I would get stout if I was eating there. I'll give a rating of 6 stars for the food. You name it, they've got it.

The administration and staff at Copley Place was friendly and wonderful. The setting was a very peaceful, wooden area with parking. The apartments were clean and updated. It’s homey and close to shopping.
