We offer a range of accommodations with both apartment and villa-style homes. Apartment homes are available in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, while our ranch-style villas come in eight unique floor plans. No matter what living option you chose, you'll have access to the many amenities our campus has to offer.

Copeland Oaks is home to a bank, gift shop, art studio, woodworking shop, chapel, game room, computer lab and fitness center with indoor swimming pool and spa. Our wooded campus can be explored along our many walking trails and features a fishing lake stocked with bass, charming fountain and scenic gazebo. A lifetime membership to the Sebring Country Club is also included for residents of our community, which includes free golf privileges.

Available Services

We do our best to make retirement living as hassle-free as possible by taking care of the landscaping, building maintenance, trash and snow removal, and appliance repair. Convenient transportation services to local destinations is provided, although many residents enjoy participating in our daily on-site social, recreational, cultural, educational and spiritual activities.

As a continuing care retirement community, Copeland Oaks offers easy access to medical services so you never have to leave our campus to get the care you need. We have a 24-hour Health Clinic for routine medical care and doctors' appointments as well as 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitation therapies in our Crandall Medical Center.
