My husband stayed at Sienna (Sienna Extended Care & Rehab ). The appearance and layout were great, but they were very private. They don't want you to know what goes on. Their service was poor. When they eat, people sit for a long time and wait for their order. Some of the staff members were really good. They did exercises. They were very good at cleaning.

FountainBrook Assisted Living & Memory Support is wonderful. They're perfect. They meet my mother's every need and they take care of her. She has dementia, but they work so well with her. The workers and the nurses have been absolutely fabulous. I could not find one complaint. They do manicures and they play cards. They keep them quite active. She just wants to sleep all day, so they get her out of her room, they keep her engaged, they do activities with them, they play games like dominos, they color, and they do whatever it takes to keep her from wanting to go back to the room and go to sleep. They provide her dinners and baths every other day and they make sure they dress her and place her back in bed. They offer housekeeping and they do her laundry.

I think it was a good fit for Dad. It looked pretty nice and clean. The staff was friendly, even the residents were nice and responsive. I saw the menu and it looked good, but I didn't try the food.
