Founded by The William K. Warren Foundation, Montereau is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community. Our residents benefit from our strategic relationship with the Saint Francis Health System, the largest health care system in the state of Oklahoma.

Montereau's 306 apartment homes range from 750 to 3,750 square feet and come in 13 distinctive floor plans, while our detached garden homes come in both single-resident and duplex styles. All residences feature in-unit laundry machines, individual climate control and fully equipped kitchens with ovens, dishwashers and full-size refrigerators. Select garden homes also feature attached two-car garages.

When not relaxing in the privacy of your beautiful home, you may participate in one of our many daily events, activities and programs, such as line dancing, jewelry making, water aerobics, croquet, casino nights, wine tasting dinners and more. We also boast an on-site movie theater, performance hall, fitness center, swimming pool, day spa, four restaurants and two cocktail lounges.

Available Services

At Montereau, a helping hand is always just a phone call away. Our professional staff are on site and available 24/7 and are happy to take care of the weekly housekeeping, linen laundering and changing, 24-hour emergency response monitoring, dietary counseling and scheduled transportation services. We are also able to offer concierge assistance with personal errands or other household affairs.

As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), we are proud to offer a full continuum of senior living services. Assisted living is available at The Villa, memory support is provided through The Abbey, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are offered through our own on-site nursing facility, The Chateau.
