Grace Place

Nestled between Portland and Mt. Hood, Grace Place is an ideal assisted living and respite care community located in lovely Estacada. With only 30 apartments, Grace Place is small enough where our staff can give each resident individual attention. But we also don't skip on amenities, offering the same features and activities as larger communities.

Since 1981, when we opened our first community, Enlivant has delivered a pioneering approach to senior housing designed to give residents a supportive, stimulating environment where they can thrive in mind, body and spirit.

Residents at Grace Place enjoy a fun, vibrant lifestyle, full of fun activities and social interaction. Among the activities we offer are arts and crafts sessions, dominoes, bingo, tai chi, scenic drives and barbecues. Our residents also enjoy mingling over meals at our beautiful dining room, in which we handle all of the cooking, serving and cleaning.

We'll also take care of housekeeping duties, letting you fully enjoy living in your spacious studio or one-bedroom apartment. Our residents and their families can also feel at ease knowing we have top-of-the-line safety features throughout each apartment, including illuminated entryways, 24-hour emergency call systems and stall showers with build-in safety grab bars.

At Grace Place, we begin with a thorough health and wellness assessment that helps us become deeply familiar with each resident. Residents are paired with dedicated Resident Care Partners, who learn their preferences and know their needs. In each community, a full-time registered nurse oversees care and is on call around the clock.
