Residences at our community are offered in a selection of sizes and layouts so seniors can pick the arrangement that best fits their lifestyle. Floor plans include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as cottage-style homes. All accommodations come standard with full kitchens, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems, and boast stunning views of the surrounding region.

Daily meals are prepared fresh and served restaurant-style in our community dining room where visiting guests are always welcome. Our optional meal program gives residents more control, saves them money and provides them with better value than found almost anywhere else. For special events, we offer the use of our private dining room with fireside seating. Tasty beverages can be enjoyed throughout the day in the coffee lounge, while our resident lounge is ideal for both relaxing with a good book and sharing a conversation with friends.

Available Services

To provide a lifestyle that is free from daily chores, all accommodations here at Emerald Pointe Senior Living Community receive regular housekeeping and linen services. We also offer the added convenience of scheduled transportation services to area destinations. As needed, seniors can take advantage of our full-service beauty salon that is located on-site.

Sometimes, a little extra help is needed with day-to-day tasks. We offer assistance with a variety of these daily activities. Additional care services for seniors who require more advanced assistance are available though outsourced third-party providers.
