Opening the door to one of our apartment homes reveals nine-foot ceilings, expansive bay windows, a full kitchen and a sun-drenched patio. You may select from one- and two-bedroom floor plans which will only need a few treasured pieces of furniture to make the space feel like home. All utilities are included in the monthly fee except for telephone and cable TV (which are available at discounted rates).

But you won't find yourself at home for long once the day begins because there are so many activities available at The Springs at Anna Maria. Our residents are a lively, active group and are found jetting off to lunch outings, gathering in Maria's kitchen for a weekly writers' group meeting or spending the afternoon painting.

Even though you have the convenience of cooking at home, you won't often find yourself in the kitchen - not when there are mouthwatering, delectable menu options awaiting you in the Creekside Dining Room. Our executive chef prepares meals using fresh, regional ingredients. When family comes to visit, you may reserve the private dining room.

Other life responsibilities you won't miss include weekly housekeeping and driving when you need to run errands. We also handle all apartment maintenance so you won't have to bring your tools with you when you move in. If and when you find yourself needing assistance with daily living, we can also offer that too, designing an assistance level that is just right for you.
