The Springs at Veranda Park offers apartments and free-standing cottages so you can decide whether you want privacy or friends next door. Apartments are available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, which include spacious kitchens and generous closet space. Our two-bedroom cottages include a full kitchen, garage and garden space.

Available Services

Made-from-scratch meals are always on the menu in the Grand Veranda dining room. Three times a day you will enjoy chef-prepared meals that feature fresh and local ingredients. And on nice days, the veranda is open for alfresco dining. When you want to entertain friends with your cooking skills, there is a community kitchen available to use.

Weekly housekeeping, weekly linen and towel laundering service and basic utilities are included in your monthly fee. And if that's not enticing enough, we also provide transportation services. At the Community Wellness center we offer health services like monitoring, supervision and assistance, and our strength training programs will help keep you on the path of good physical health.
