The Springs at Clackamas Woods is managed by The Springs Living, a company based in McMinnville, Oregon. Our company's mission is to redefine senior living by building a community that our Grandma would proudly call home.

We offer residents their choice of well-appointed studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. All apartments feature plush carpeting, individual climate control and a wireless emergency call system. Independent living residences feature full kitchens with a refrigerator, range oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Assisted living homes come equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator.

When not relaxing in the privacy of their homes, our residents can often be found working up a sweat in one of our daily exercise classes, viewing a favorite film in our on-site theater or challenging friends to a game of pool in our billiard room. We also schedule an extensive calendar of fun daily events and activities ranging from live musical performances, trips to local shops and religious services.

For comfort and convenience, residents of The Springs at Clackamas Woods enjoy apartment maintenance, weekly housekeeping, cable TV, flexible transportation to local appointments and errands, and complimentary laundry facilities. Meals are also served throughout the day in our restaurant-style dining room.

Seniors in need of supportive assisted living or memory care enjoy all the same services and amenities as our independent living residents, with the added benefit of 24-hour care and personal laundry services. We utilize the CARES APPROACH™ to memory care which has been endorsed by the Alzheimer's Association.
