We take care of the duties and chores of home maintenance, housekeeping, linen service, even offering personal laundry service. All utilities except for telephone and cable TV are included in monthly rates. Non-scheduled transportation services, beauty and barber shop, and manicure/pedicures are available for additional fee.

Farmington Square was very good. It was nicer and the rooms were bigger. I was also very impressed with the staff. The lady who assisted me was friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions. She obviously had a good rapport with the residents there just by the way they said hi to her, and there were a couple of hugs too. It looked like they have a lot going on up there.

I visited Farmington Square. It was OK, but dark, and they didn't seem organized for the tour. It felt a lot more expensive and had an add-on cost for additional care. The dining area looked small; a lot of the people must eat in their rooms.

Farmington Square's rooms were very tiny and small and had a bathroom adjoining it, but that’s about it. All you had room for was a chest of drawers, two twin beds, and maybe a TV. The staff was very friendly, personable, and welcoming. They had a sitting and living room area which was furnished nicely. It had a piano, a big screen TV, and a table set up for games and jigsaw puzzles. They also had a dining area where you could help yourself to a salad bar. My husband's mother was at one of their locked secured units, and she received absolutely beautiful care and was loved and taken care of. I could not sing praises high enough for her care there. It just was not right for me and my husband, but the facility, the atmosphere, and the care that my mother-in-law received were superb. She got absolutely the best care.
