Set in Chalfont, Pennsylvania, NewSeasons at New Britain is a beautifully landscaped community with a courtyard, front porch and patio area. Our building is reminiscent of a country inn and is elegantly decorated. We are centrally located near several shopping centers, restaurants and museums.

NewSeasons at New Britain is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

At NewSeasons at New Britain, we offer several community areas for socialization and activities, including the new season room, living room, lobby and parlor. Our apartments are spacious and come with refrigerator, sink and plenty of closet space. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, except for private telephone and premium cable television.

There are dozens of planned educational, recreational, social and spiritual activities held throughout the week. Three meals per day are offered in the beautiful main dining room, as well as daily afternoon tea. Special amenities include a library, spa room, ice cream parlor, beauty salon and private dining room for family gatherings.

Available Services

For our residents' convenience, we offer assisted living services to help with daily tasks, such as grooming, bathing, daily housekeeping and medication reminders. We also provide necessary transportation services for all residents to attend medical appointments, go shopping or for scheduled activities.

Our staff is available 24 hours per day, and each apartment home includes an emergency call system. We also provide health and safety monitoring for our residents, scheduling necessary medical appointments. Our on-site rehabilitation center provides physical, speech and occupational therapy services as needed.
