Our residents get to choose between a variety of floor plans for their residences. Both double and single occupancy is available, as well as an ice cream parlor, a game room and common areas that are decorated in a beautiful and elegant manner.

Although cable television and telephone are not included in the monthly rent, all other utilities such as electricity are.
