At Moorhead Place, we offer attentive care in a warm, engaging environment. Located about an hour from Pittsburgh in beautiful Indiana, our community has individualized care plans and assistance with your daily needs. A day or night on the town are only moments away through our transportation service, and there is no shortage of activities for active seniors. We're near shopping centers, dining, churches, libraries and parks, and several other entertainment options, including the new Kovalchik Center.

Since 1981, when we opened our first community, Enlivant has delivered a pioneering approach to senior housing designed to give residents a supportive, stimulating environment where they can thrive in mind, body and spirit.

Our friendly, attentive staff will handle chores such as housekeeping and laundry, letting you focus less on life's little tasks and more on enjoying our wide array of activities and amenities. At Moorehead Place, we offer delicious, restaurant-style dining, transportation, a beautician, a family visitation program and family nights, massages and opportunities for residents to play their favorite board and card games.

Moorehead Place also features 24-hour-a-day staffing and rehabilitation services, and we coordinate with third-party care providers for our residents.

At Moorehead Place, we begin with a thorough health and wellness assessment that helps us become deeply familiar with each resident. Residents are paired with dedicated Resident Care Partners, who learn their preferences and know their needs. In each community, a full-time registered nurse oversees care and is on call around the clock.
