Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village is proud to celebrate a 30-year tradition of providing exceptional care and service to area older adults. From our origin as a neighborhood nursing home, our campus has expanded greatly over the decades to respond to the changing needs and desires of seniors in our local community. Today, Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village offers a full continuum of care, including engaging senior living accommodations, a well-appointed and service-rich personal care center, and short-term rehabilitation and traditional nursing delivered within a brand-new, state-of-the-art health care center.

Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village is owned and operated by Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, a multi-service organization committed to offering active seniors a continuum of care in accommodations that are attractive, fulfilling and affordable. Located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, the home of Bucknell University, we are a community with Life Long Learning opportunities. With 90 beautiful 2 or 3 bedroom homes, this truly is the place to Live!

Our quiet, walkable campus makes maintenance free living so enjoyable. The Village Common, our community's club house, has a wonderful cafe, bocce ball, Life Long Learning and much much more!
