Established in 1913, the Saint Antoine Residence is a 260 beds skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located near I-295 and Route 146 in Northern RI. The community is a non-profit organization under the auspice of the Diocese of Providence and it adheres to the mission and long tradition of caring for the sick, the elderly, and their families by providing excellent care by compassionate professionals. Great attention is utilized to meet and exceed all expectations in regard to the emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of the residents.

Among its services and amenities, residents enjoy: transitional care unit, 24 hours skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation, long term care, secured dementia care unit, in-patient hospice suite, dietary services - including selective menus and therapeutic diets, activities and recreational programs, physician services, and spiritual care - including in-house chaplain and daily mass. Saint Antoine Residence is part of a continuum of care campus located in a beautiful and picturesque country setting adjacent to the Villa at Saint Antoine, a lovely on-site assisted living facility.
