Parish Court Parish Court is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. Schoolhouse Apartments is a three story renovated school building. It has 30 one-bedroom apartments and 10 efficiency apts., which are served by one elevator. This facility includes a lobby, community room, computer room, laundry, offices, and maintenance areas. There is a secure entry system located in the lobby of the building. 

There is a small amount of resident bulk storage. Schoolhouse is a smoke free, pet friendly community. There is a laundry room located on the main floor with four washing machines and four dryers..
