<p>K&W Care Homes is a licensed residential facility located in a very quiet neighborhood in beautiful Stone Mountain, Georgia. In our facility, our CNAs are trained to properly care for adults with long term disabilities, physical limitations, dementia, depression and a host of other health conditions. Our primary focus is to provide our residents with a safe and secure environment where they can comfortably relax and enjoy day to day life in a fun and family atmosphere.  </p>

<h4>Meals </h4>
<p>Caregivers will prepare nutritious meals daily. Special diets prepared as needed.</p>

<h4>Housekeeping </h4>
<p>Caregivers will perform light housekeeping services that includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (sinks, showers, baths and toilet), cleaning kitchen (sinks, appliances, counters, taking out the trash and assist with tidying all rooms.</p>

<h4>Errands </h4>
<p>Caregivers will only assist with errands when needed for urgent situations. Transportation arrangements can be made in advance with a third party vendor; however, family members are strongly encouraged to assist and accompany their loved ones on personal outings (All appointments, pharmacy, post office, and personal shopping).</p>

<h4>Laundry </h4>
<p>Caregiver will assist laundry</p>

<h4>Activities </h4>
<p>Caregiver will assist/help organize daily activities (reading, games or assist with walks outside)</p>

<h4>Grooming & Dressing </h4>
<p>Caregiver will assist with grooming and dressing and routine activities of daily living (as needed).</p>

<h4>Bathing </h4>
<p>Caregiver will assist with a shower or bath (as needed).</p>

<h4>Toileting</h4>
vCaregiver will strive to provide an acceptable, comfortable, and safe environment for toileting needs.</p>

<p>Personal Care Home in Stone Mountain GA with 24 hour supervision provided, assistance/supervision as needed with ADLs. All meals and snacks are provided, laundry done in house and there is in house recreational activities at this time all done in a safe, caring environment. Residents have access to free telephone and wi-fi access for streaming services. No pets allowed.</p>

<p>Residents are allowed to smoke outside the home only.</p>

<p>The home does not provide transportation to medical appointments. Our daily services are provided by the caregiver on site but additional services such as physical therapy, nursing etc. are provided by physician's referral of outside personnel.</p>
