Mill-Pond is a facility in Ankeny, Iowa that provides both nursing home and assisted living services for its residents. We are a senior living community in Altoona, and we offer four levels of living: Residential Independent Living apartments, Assisted Living Apartments, along with Short-term Rehab and Long-term Care. We don't like to think of ourselves as a typical senior living community or a nursing home we're a family. Every resident is treated with care and served with a smile every day. Our boutique style Continuing Care Retirement Community does not require an entrance fee or endowment, but is a month-to-month rental community.
