This house fills the niche for seniors living in an alternate housing with services building that need on site 24 hour supervision and care. Birchwood is made up of 16 private rooms with their own bath. Circle Pines is located in Brainerd, Minnesota. Seniors can enjoy living within walking distance of Westport Shopping Center and close to the Mississippi River. Lakewood Evangelical Free Church and the Christ Lutheran Church are within easy driving distance, and there are many parks and other amenities close by.
Circle Pines is a multigenerational apartment complex with 28 units. There are one- and two-bedroom units to choose from. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available, and the apartments are smoke-free. The building was constructed in 1984 and is two stories tall.
Amenities at the apartment complex include high-speed internet, on-site laundry facilities and recycling, reserved parking for residents, and a playground. Pets are not permitted at the complex. Circle Pines uses a controlled access security system. Each apartment is carpeted and features oversized closets. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge.
