At Suite Living, our Mission is to provide individualized high-quality care to seniors at a competitive price with a whole-person approach to meet not only the care needs, but personal lifestyle preferences as well. Our RNâ€™s perform assessments that focus on the whole person that includes lifestyle, spiritual, cultural, and nutritional preferences. Suite Livingâ€™s care staff will respect the residentâ€™s wishes and choices on how they want to live their best life with compassion and empathy.

Suite Living Assisted Living consists of a simplified, safe and secure floor plan with 18-20 private suites all on one floor to maximize our residentâ€™s independence as they navigate their way around their community setting. All the main common spaces including the dining room are in close proximity to each suite.

Our Assisted Living care model focuses on increased care needs with the residentâ€™s activities of daily living. This allows our residents to age in place in the suite they moved into through end of life.

Residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia thrive in environments where they feel safe and secure. At Suite Living, our Memory Care is designed small in size allowing our care staff to offer personalized services in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

BeeHive Homes of Lakeville is a 20-unit, one-floor memory care and enhanced assisted living facility that aims to give our loved ones a pleasant place to live. Our senior living services are specially created to give residents more access to personal care. Our homes are kept small so our trained and experienced caregivers can provide each person the care they need. For us, it's crucial to give high-quality memory care in a residential setting and meet our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs to lift their spirits and improve their lives. We firmly believe that to give our residents the best senior living care possible, we must get to know them well and identify their specific needs, and that is precisely what we do!

Gemini Manor is located in Lakeville, MN, minutes away from several parks and lakes. Although it's in a quiet residential area, residents are only a short drive from numerous shops and restaurants as well as cultural attractions, such as the Lakeville Area Arts Center. 
Gemini Manor is a residential care home that offers hospice and respite care. Caregivers are available 24/7 to assist with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing and bathing. Catheter care and colostomy care is available, and staff members are trained in feeding IV management and total transfers using the Hoyer Lift. The community has a capacity of five and accepts residents of all ages. 
At Gemini Manor, residents receive numerous amenities, including freshly-prepared meals and complimentary transportation. The event calendar provides many daily opportunities for residents to enhance their mental and physical wellness. Throughout the property, there are several indoor and outdoor common areas where residents can relax with their neighbors. For individuals with limited mobility, ground floor units with wheelchair accessible bathrooms are available.

Parkwood Heights is located in Burnsville, MN. Seniors live in a beautiful location surrounded by woodland, near Parkwood Park and Terrace Oaks West Park, not far from the Church of the Apostles and Faith Covenant Church. Also, a variety of shops and cafes can be found on Burnsville Parkway.
Parkwood Heights is a multigenerational apartment complex with two-bedroom apartments available in a range of layouts. A maintenance team and property manager are on-site to handle any issues that may arise with the property. Access to the apartments is controlled by a security system to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all residents.
Amenities at the apartment complex include an on-site laundry facility, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and range, carpets and vinyl flooring throughout the apartments and heating and air conditioning systems. The properties are cable ready, and small cats or dogs are welcome.

Parkwood Heights

Located in Rosemount, Minnesota, Rosemount Plaza is a government-subsidized apartment building for seniors aged 62 years and over as well as individuals with disabilities. Residents who qualify for assistance pay monthly rent based on income. Restaurants, a pub, bakery and a post office branch are all within walking distance of the community, and it's also close to shopping, pharmacies, houses of worship and a large city park with walking trails.
In this independent living community, seniors can choose a one- or two-bedroom apartment with flexible lease terms, and handicapped-accessible units are available. Rosemount Plaza is a pet-friendly facility, and emergency maintenance service is available 24 hours a day.
A beauty salon/barbershop is on-site, along with a fitness room and a guest suite that can be reserved for visiting family members. Seniors have access to a community room for socializing, and they can also relax in one of the enclosed porches and patios. The controlled-access apartments are on the bus line, and off-street parking is available for seniors who drive. Other amenities include extra storage, a laundry facility, fitness room and high-speed internet access.
