St. Olaf Community Campus is located in North Minneapolis and is here to serve the needs of older adults in the community. Our community is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility with private rooms for those who need short-term rehabilitation, as well as memory care or long term private rooms. St. Olaf offers skilled wound care, physical/occupational/speech therapy, and respite and hospice stays as well.

North Oaks is the assisted living facility on the campus. This building consists of 48 apartments 1-bedroom or studio apartments. We do accept CADI and Elderly Waiver, as well as GRH.
