Located in beautiful Columbia, Missouri, The Bluffs is an assisted living facility that is separated into five subdivisions that each cater to specific needs, from minimal support to rehabilitation and nursing support services. The dining room offers themed menus and catering for special occasions, and residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms, join in community activities and engage and socialize with fellow residents. Therapy pets, daily exercise and movie nights keep residents entertained and feeling right at home. The community also offers religious services, community outings and top-quality security.

The Stuart House, LLC, has been a family owned local business since 1983.  As a state licensed intermediate care facility, they offer skilled nursing services in a homelike setting. Licensed and certified staff provided necessary services under the direction of a physician.  The facility maintains a deficiency  free status and takes pride in offering compassionate care.
