Evergreen Place is a non-profit fifty-two bed supported residential care facility. 
 
 
 
 We provide private rooms, 24 hour nursing and nursing assistant staff, medication management, three meals a day with special consideration for dietary restrictions, transportation to doctor's appointments, activities seven days a week, on site primary care physician, on site lab testing, laundry and linen services, housekeeping ,wellness programs, and on site hairdressing.

Bel Air Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is a five-star rated facility as determined by CMS. We have a 35-bed nursing facility with 7 independent apartments. Services we provide include skilled care, full rehab services, long-term care and independent living.

Our facility is conveniently located four miles from Manchester and is independently owned and operated. The skilled rehabilitation program at Bel-Air Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is run by highly trained professionals providing, care, treatment and rehabilitation therapies to individuals following a stay in the hospital, usually for orthopedic surgery, cardiac care, or recovering from serious illness. Rehabilitation services that are provided include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

Ridgewood Center is an attractive, three-story brick building located less than one mile from New Hampshire's largest city of Manchester, within the community of Bedford, NH. Renovations to the Center were completed in 2008. Situated on 12 wooded acres, the Center has a rural setting, and is within 5 miles of two major city hospitals, Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital. Ridgewood's geographical location makes it extremely accessible and two major highways are less than one mile away. In addition to other services, Ridgewood has a dedicated Transitional Care Unit (TCU) providing short term rehabilitation, wound care, IV therapy, respiratory therapy and pain management.
