<p>Fairport Baptist Homes Assisted Living is a community of 33 spacious apartments in a unique homelike setting that promotes a sense of community and encourages socialization and family relationships. Each "neighborhood" has 10-12 seniors that eat all their meals together in our family dining area. We gather in the kitchen, much like you do.

<p>We also offer fully-licensed Adult Care level services, with 22 apartments, plus an Assisted Living Program, with 11 apartments, in one setting.

Welcome to Advent House! Advent House is an outreach ministry of Perinton Ecumenical Ministries, Inc., a corporation of thirteen churches in Perinton. We are a non-profit comfort care home that provides an alternative living arrangement to the terminally ill when they can no longer be cared for in their own homes. Loving care is not only provided to them, but to their families and friends as well. We also make available bereavement services to the families of our Residents for at least thirteen months after their loved one has died.

There are no fees to our Residents and we receive no insurance reimbursement of any kind. While volunteers are indeed â€œthe Heart of the Homeâ€, we could not function without the support of our community through donations of materials, finances, time, prayers and participation in and support of our fundraisers. <p>Jonathan Child Apartments is located in Dutchtown, a northwestern neighborhood of Rochester in Monroe County, NY. Residents live near the city center, where restaurants, parks, coffee shops, entertainment venues, medical facilities and other amenities abound.</p><p>Developed in partnership with the Rochester Housing Authority, Jonathan Child Apartments is operated by Family Service Communities. It provides affordable, community-integrated housing to seniors aged 55 years and up. The community features 30 one-bedroom apartments, and on-site staff assist residents with transportation arrangements to medical appointments, Social Security benefits claims and coordination with external service providers. In addition, the facility's in-house assisted living program services, which are available to Medicaid recipients, include 24/7 supervision, nursing care, medication assistance and personal care.</p><p>Jonathan Child Apartments is disability-accessible. All units feature a full kitchen, private bathroom and emergency call cords. Resident services include transportation to local stores, weekly housekeeping, laundry and three nutritious meals a day in the community dining room with special diet options available. Organized social outings occur regularly, and residents can also take part in on-site recreational activities.</p>

<p>Located just outside the town of Spencerport, Ogden Gardens is<strong> </strong>tucked away in a quiet country setting.<strong> </strong>Spencerport is a suburb of Rochester in Monroe County and situated near the Erie Canal. It has an assortment of parks and a local history museum housed in a former trolley station. </p>
<p>Ogden Gardens is an independent living community for residents aged 62 or older. Constructed in 2010, it offers 89 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, each with an open floor plan, full kitchen with dishwasher, walk-in closet and balcony or patio. Thanks to assistance from government programs, water and gas charges are included in the monthly rent, though electricity is extra. A wireless emergency response system helps provide residents with peace of mind, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available. </p>
<p>Ogden Gardens has a variety of common areas including a fitness center, community center, game room and library. Residents can also plant and harvest personal gardens and have access to the community greenhouse. This smoke-free, pet-friendly community has on-site laundry and offers resident storage for added convenience. Planned activities help seniors form friendships and stay involved in the community, and residents can reserve the community center if they want to host a special event of their own. </p>
