<p>Arcadia Senior Care is a Level 3 adult foster home that helps seniors transition from institutional skilled nursing home settings to private residential homes where they can experience a family-like environment. The facility has an impressive 2:5 staff-to-resident ratio and offers residents assistance with activities of daily living, private rooms with shared bathrooms, memory care and medical care coordination. </p>

<p>Pendleton Cottage AFC is nestled next to Fort Harrison Park, and just across the highway from Bohemia Park in Cottage Grove, OR. The location offers easy access to shopping, golfing and restaurants, and health care services are available at the city's PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center. </p>
<p>Pendleton Cottage AFC is a care home licensed for just two residents and staffed by a registered nurse and dedicated caregivers. The facility offers help with daily tasks, as well as medication reminders and assisted transfers. An on-call doctor and visiting nurse monitor residents' health and well-being, and can adjust medications and provide advice on urgent medical issues if required.</p>
<p>An on-site beautician helps residents look and feel confident for any occasion, and transportation is offered at a reasonable cost to take residents on errands and to appointments and off-site activities. Small dogs are welcome at Pendleton Cottage, and staff can help seniors take care of their beloved pets. Nutritious and filling meals are served each day, with kosher and vegetarian options available. Curated on-site activities are scheduled on a regular basis. </p>

Nestled on a tree-covered slope, this facility is in a residential setting with breathtaking views of the South Willamette Valley and the Cascade Mountains. Front Street Creswell is a 5-minute drive allowing seniors access to dining, shopping, golf and a robust arts and entertainment community. For medical care and appointments, McKenzie - Willamette Medical Center is only 9 miles away.</p>
 <p>Apartments at Sherry Lutje Adult Foster Care include studio apartments, one-bedroom suites or shared suites. All areas have nonslip flooring and large closet space. Wheelchair-accessible designated suites and showers provide an option for those with less mobility. An on-premise staff provides 24-hour emergency response, and deliver custom assessments and plans. </p>
 <p>Sherry Lutje Adult Foster Care provides fun and educational activities with a built-in library, computer classes, arts and crafts and a fitness room. Massage sessions are also available, along with other wellness sessions. Residents and family members are invited to attend family support classes or hold special occasion parties in the common area. </p>
