The facility is located across the road from U of U Centerville Health Center, making it easy for physicians to visit the facility, as well as for emergency medical transfers when necessary. The community is also near many restaurants, places of worship and parks, such as William R. Smith Park and Island View Park. Several trails in Legacy Nature Preserve and the neighboring mountain ranges provide ample ground for seniors to exercise and enjoy nature.</p>
<p>Heartfelt Home Assisted Living strives to deliver professional, personalized care to each resident, and its team of staff members is dedicated to making residents feel loved and valued. They assist residents with meal preparation, apartment cleaning, hygiene maintenance and medication management. Experienced and certified nursing aides are also on staff.</p>
