Monthly rent is based on income at our U.S. Housing and Urban Development-sponsored property. Each of our 111 apartments includes a living room, private bathroom and a kitchenette. As a member of the Beth Sholom Lifecare Community, the Woods offers residents access to a wide range of services and amenities.
 
Community activities are strongly encouraged among our residents and an optional weekday dinner service also brings neighbors together. Our monthly calendar is full of life-enriching activities, from ice cream socials, birthday parties and holiday events to sing-alongs, bingo games and craft shows. Residents of The Woods enjoy weekly bus transportation to grocery stores and other establishments, as well as occasional outings to restaurants, museums and cultural events. Visits from clergy, Bible study and religious services are also regularly offered.
 
A number of health programs help residents stay active.
