Oak Park Place

<p>The Hearthside is a family-owned eight-bed assisted living facility for the elderly that has been in operation since 1988. The facility is licensed by the state of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Human Services and is recognized as a C.B.R.F. Our facility was designed and built for the elderly and consists of custom ranch-type construction. The home and surroundings are totally barrier free but still have a homey feeling. Handicapped adaptives are built in where ever possible.</p>
