Located less than an hour's drive from Columbia, South Carolina, in the quiet town of Camden, Morningside of Camden offers a full range of senior services with the aim of providing residents with the best quality of life. Our community strives to provide the best health care and programming, so that residents can fully enjoy their retirement years, whether it be taking part in activities or simply chatting with friends.

Morningside of Camden is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

We offer a number of floor plans to suit a variety of lifestyles and needs including studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Each private apartment home is outfitted with individual climate control, a convenient kitchenette and ample living and dining space.

Residents of Morningside of Camden enjoy a full dining program with snacks and utilities, such as electricity and water, included in their affordable monthly rent. For added comfort and convenience, we also provide cable television, scheduled transport service, meals for visiting guests and in-room dining if desired.

Available Services

As a dedicated assisted living community, our professional, well-trained staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide help with life's daily activities such as dressing, bathing and monitoring medication. We also take care of the housekeeping, laundry and linens.

To ensure our residents are in the best of health, we coordinate a variety of health and wellness services including physical and occupational therapy and pharmacy services. We offer the convenience of short-term respite stays, and hospices services can also be arranged as needed.
