Room infested with cockroaches and spotted in hall ways, The same people working in house cleaning also served and worked in dinning hall. I questioned cleaning restrooms and reporting to dinning hall at meal time to serve food. Management refused to reimburse for time room not lived in while infested. Bug problem never corrected to family satisfaction resulted in moving out losing $2000 initial fee. New facility moved to very clean as it should be. I'm not a clean freak after being in the Army sleeping on the ground in Vietnam and my sister a retired RN nurse, we felt our mother deserved better.

It was very nice. It was just a little bit too small for what I have. I've got a houseful of stuff, and I wouldn't have anywhere to put it because their studio apartments were too small. I'd also like privacy in my bedroom. The staff was really cordial, and I enjoyed talking to them. The tour was really nice, and they had pretty nice facilities.

Reflections Assisted Living is great. It's a very nice community, the people are taken care of and are fairly happy there. Their staff members are wonderful and have all been a great help. I like the fact that they have a nurse practitioner there every week to see the residents onsite and check on everything. I'm very happy with them. They have 2 dining areas, one for the senior living side and another one for those that need assistance. I haven't eaten there but the food must be good because my mother has put on weight since she's been there. She would occasionally go down when they're having singing activities or music. Most of the time that I get there would be after work in the evenings, but I see people doing all kinds of things and having fun.

It was absolutely fantastic. I have no complaints at all. Everything was great. The staff was fantastic. There were studios, limited space one-bedrooms, larger one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom apartments.

Brightwater is a great place to live. It's divided into several different sections and provides various things like intendent, rehabilitation, assisted living, and full time nursing care. It also has memory care. It travels the entire span of physical ailments. The staff here is really excellent and there are a lot of advantages to being here. For example you can't get people to assist you on the independent side, but there are people you could hire to assist you, and that's also a great help. The price is not inexpensive.
