Accommodations at our community come in a variety of spacious layouts, ranging from studio and one- and two-bedroom arrangements for assisted living to cozy studio private and shared suites for our memory care residents. All units feature private baths, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems, and kitchenettes are included in the assisted living suites.

When not enjoying the comfort of their own accommodations, residents are often found socializing in our intimate common spaces and lounge. Our library is another spot where residents can relax while enjoying a quiet conversation with friends or a good book. Meals are enjoyed three times daily in our community dining room, where each dish is served fresh and enjoyed in a restaurant-style setting.

Available Services

During their stay at Morning Point of Franklin, our residents have the opportunity to take part in a variety of specialized programs. They also enjoy the convenience of an on-site beauty/barber salon. All residences are provided with regular housekeeping services, and scheduled transportation is available for running errands.

When assistance is needed with dressing, medication management, personal hygiene, ambulation or a variety of other daily tasks, talented and compassionate staff members are ready 24 hours a day to lend a helping hand. For residents who require memory care, they benefit from our The Lantern Alzheimer's Memory Care program.
