The Life Engagement program is designed to work with each resident's individuality, achievements and successes. Building upon this is this Inspired Connections program which offers numerous group and individual activities that foster a sense of purpose and lower anxiety.

Creating a dining experience around the unique challenges that Alzheimer's and dementia poses is also one of our strengths. At The Crossings at Flower Mound, we serve meals in smaller dining rooms to create intimate mealtimes that feels more like home. We also offer finger foods for residents who tend to wander. Together these measures ensures that our residents' nutritional needs are being fulfilled, which enhances their physical well-being.

Available Services

Our cozy private and semiprivate studios only need a few personal furnishings to make your loved one feel at home. An emergency call response system is installed in each room and bathroom, so families can rest easy knowing help is always close at hand. We provide daily housekeeping, along with personal laundry and linen service so you loved one doesn't need to worry about these responsibilities.

To provide for the health care needs of our residents, our community is staffed with specially trained and licensed Memory Care nurses seven days a week. All our staff is also trained to interact and care for seniors with dementia. New residents receive a comprehensive assessment when joining our community and follow up assessments are done annually or when a significant change in health is found.
