At Autumn Leaves of Cityview, our Life Engagement program is at the core of the care we provide to our residents. Whether it is spiritual activities that nurture the soul or exercise classes which promote physical health, every day there are life engagement activities that play to our residents' strengths and interests.

Our residents remain connected with nature by being able to freely stroll through one of three secured outdoor areas which have beautiful walking paths and a central courtyard. When family visits this is the perfect place to gather, along with the homelike sitting areas inside. There is also a spacious private dining room for family gatherings, and family members are always welcome to join us for a complimentary meal.

Available Services

Apartment suites are available in companion or private floor plans, and residents can bring personal furnishings or use our furniture. Home-cooked meals are served three times a day, and we have smaller dining venues to create a more homelike feel during mealtimes. Other services we provide include personal laundry and linen service, along with daily housekeeping upkeep.

The seven dementia care core beliefs: Respect, Excellence, Safety, Quality of Life, Engagement, Commitment and Team Work, are the foundation of the care we provide to all our residents. All of our caregivers have received in-depth training in memory care that is available around-the-clock. Our staff care not only for our residents but their families as well, providing the support and information they need to understand how dementia or Alzheimer's is affecting their loved one.
