Our deluxe homes come in a selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 695 to 1,260 square feet. Residences feature nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and showers, modern kitchens, washer/dryer connections, granite countertops and individual climate control. Select homes also feature attached garages and large patios with storage.

As a pet-friendly community, Trinity Courtyard welcomes your cat or small dog and even provides an on-site a pet park for your furry friends to play. Our community also boasts a putting green, business center, theater, fitness room, outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour coffee bar.

Available Services

At Trinity Courtyard, our goal is to make sure you have the time to enjoy retirement to its fullest. This is why we offer a complimentary concierge staff who will accept your packages and arrange transportation to community events, medical appointments and grocery stores.

Our staff also provide door-to-door trash pick up, preventative facility maintenance, and weekly blood pressure checks. We also coordinate a robust calendar of fun social events ranging from happy hour parties to water aerobics classes to birthday celebrations. Two hours of personalized move-in maintenance is also provided to new residents.
