I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother moved into Sunrise of Cinco Ranch . Everything is fine, and I'm perfectly satisfied with it. The staff is wonderful, the dining area is nice, and she likes the food. She is enjoying the activities, but she doesn't play dominos. The room is nice, and they keep it clean. The parking is a little crowded.

I visited this facility

I visited here, and I would tell anyone who is interested to please talk to the residents. In the three times I've been there, they have been dressed, I have been approached with "Can we help you?," and they told me their names, where they are and what they do. I would go there for the residents. When I went with the sales representative to look at the place, she was very helpful. She pointed out that they were having some sales, and that I really could have benefitted from those. I looked at their one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom I would recommend for people that are active. Because they're huge and far away from the dining room, but they're also close to the laundry facilities. I felt that the two-bedrooms for the price were amazing. They're close to 1,800 square feet with big walk-in closets, big bedroom, beautiful full kitchen, and amazing. I looked at their programs that they have on there. They're always taking trips and going somewhere. The people would happily pay for a meal. I had a meal with some of the residents and I love the people I was with. I love the place. The parking would have been very close to the two-bedroom apartments that I was looking at, just two feet away, and there seems to be a lot of parking. All of the staff members were knowledgeable. They knew about the sales even when they're not in sales, knew where I could find someone, and knew the names of all of the residents. I thought that was pretty amazing. They only allow dogs that are under 20 pounds but my dog is bigger. I was there on a special day, and they had a lot of assortments of food and what I ate was great. I had soup, salad, a wonderful dessert, and the pasta dish was very good. The place itself didn't have any smell, and everything was clean.

I visited this facility

The lady who gave me the tour of Sunrise of Cinco Ranch was so compassionate and helpful. I felt that she wanted to make sure that I was able to get what I wanted and what I hoped for. She gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. The place was very nice, and the only reason we weren't able to choose it was affordability. They invited us there for lunch, and the food was good.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father is at The Grace Care Center of Katy. It's very clean and very professional. The staff is very caring. I selected them because of the time they took with me. The staff was very good with us, from Erin to Brianna, and also the nursing staff, Tyler, and the nursing manager, Portia. They have Bingo and social hours where they have different activities. Today, they had a margarita hour for residents to come and partake, popcorn socials, and various schools come in and do programs; for Christmas they had Christmas caroling. My father was hesitant at first, but now I see that he has really embraced the move. The food is not perfect, but it's a lot better than some other places. They keep him pretty busy. I was given a list of all the activities for the month. You could actually see some of the residents participating.

I visited this facility

Sunrise of Cinco Ranch was very nice and I was considering putting Mom there. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with her. I saw some residents sitting in their wheelchairs listening to someone and they all seemed well taken care of.
