I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother is in Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch. So far, it's very, very good. She's very happy. Her apartment is very nice, laid out very well, and clean. I've only seen one meal, and it looked nutritious and well done. Our communication with them is very good. She is bedridden, so she's not using any of their facilities. We're very pleased. She said that she loves the facility, so that makes us very happy.

I haven't moved into The Chateau just yet, but I visited it. Everybody was really nice and friendly. They showed me around and took me on a tour. They gave some food to take home to eat to try out their food. I just like it so well, that's why I'm moving. I saw a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom; I like the layout really well. Everything was very clean. They showed me the craft room, the fitness room, and the movie theater. We walked outside and everything just looked really nice.

Please don’t put your loves here! The staff is very rude. Who ever owned this place needs to clean house. ASAP. Nobody listens to the family members. When we are telling them about our concerns. There is no love , trust, and caring for the people who lives there or the families. Didn’t trust them to take care of my dog.

Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch was attractive and decorated for the holidays, but the colors were a little more matted. It was clean. The staff was pleasant and did her best based on what she knew of the facility. The entrance to the facility was kind of bumpy because they had concrete separated from the threshold of the floor. The population was fine, but I would've liked some brighter colors.

The Chateau serves three meals a day whereas other independent living places don't have that. my brother seems to really enjoy the people, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. It's a nice and pleasant place for him to be. The food is good.

The Chateau was very nice. The staff was very nice and they showed me the different rooms, dining facilities, and exercises. It was a good tour. The studios were too small, but they also had apartments available.

The Chateau was nice, but older. It's independent living, but the people are older and they need more help. We saw lots of walkers. The staff member who showed us around was great. Everything about the place looked good. It included more things in the rent like cable and TV. It was right next to shopping so you can just walk over there.

The Chateau is a very nice community. It's on a busy street, but it's a nice place. The staff was nice, they invited us for lunch, and showed us the place. They also gave us little gift baskets. It wasn't quite as good as its sister community that we also visited. They have a salon, a workout room, and library, and just about anything you'd really want. They don't have cottages, and they don't have quite the privacy that the sister community has, but the price is very expensive.

The Chateau's open spaces and gathering places were crowded. When walking around, everything was hot and really uncomfortably warm. The staff members were very nice and friendly, gave us a good tour, and answered our questions. Everything was clean. We walked through the dining area while they were having a program. We saw their exercise room and some of the apartments.
