Description of The Hampton at Meadows Place
Located less than 20 miles from downtown Houston near Sugar Land, The Hampton at Meadows Place is a Mediterranean-style senior living community offering personalized assisted living and memory care services. Our apartment-style community sits on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and boasts everything our residents need to live life to the fullest.
Featured Amenities
Accommodations are available in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans in both private and semi-private living options. Residents enjoy our on-site swimming pool, library, fitness center, hair salon and game room with pool and card tables.
Three hot, chef-prepared meals are served daily in our restaurant-style community dining room which has extended hours for added convenience. Dishes are made fresh each day using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques that preserve flavor. A private dining room and catering services are also available for hosting special events.
Available Services
To help our residents make the most out of their retirement years, we take care of the meal service, weekly housekeeping and scheduled transportation so they can spend less time doing chores and more time enjoying life. I like the apartments at The Hampton at Meadows Place. The layout was very nice. They had big bay windows that looked out at the beautiful garden area. Their really nice garden area could be a place where you work out and do some walking. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice and was right to the point. She told me what they do and what they don't do. They don't have the residents just live out their lives there but enjoy their life. I was very touched with that. I didn't have a meal there but I saw their dining area, and it was really nice.

The Hampton at Meadows Place was very clean, almost stark clean, and wasn't as homey as the other place. I didn't like that some of the activities were on a different floor from where my sister-in-law would be living. They didn't have an option for carpeting. The staff was more clinical and not as friendly as in the other place. The dining place looked like a four-star restaurant, and it didn't have a homey feel. We liked that they had a screened-in porch area, but there was no walking area around, and the parking was like in a hotel. It just wasn't as welcoming.
